Not to worry, this goes in cycles!

Possible reasons: many free vendor sites opening up
ds mommies apathetic about promoting
only party site owner advertising....whose responsibility is that??? EVERYONES
economy, no one has much extra to spend.
businesses shutting down
ds reps getting ripped off by shady affiliate owners
party site owners not being responsible and showing up
at their own sites
vendors not fulfilling prize winnings
free vs cost ....

These are just a few reasons. Does anyone else have any of their own?

It's important that online vendor's that use online party rooms understand that it's a big responsibility on their part to treat their party spot like they are doing a home show. You need to make sure that you are doing everything possible to intrigue people to come to the party. You can’t just show up without doing any work on your part and expect to have a massive turnout.

Make it a mystery hostess party, share new products, show excitement, and give away prizes, even if it's a sample to send to all you attendees. The most important factor is to advertise your party time and spot. Advertising online and offline is the golden key. Give incentives for those that actually come to your party, like when they attend, they will be entered to win a prize. Make the prize big!
